the Beauty of Imperfection

When something doesn’t turn out perfect (always) as humans we can have a very hard time accepting the fact that nothing is perfect. People find it very difficult dealing with flaws, you can say it is in our nature to feel the need to obtain perfection. Perfection may be seen as the ultimate definition of beauty, but if everything was perfect, then what would happen to authenticity? Would authentic even have a meaning?

Let’s say you are in the middle of working on a project and things were not going as you were planning. You may get stuck in a rut or frustrated while thinking “this is impossible.” Well, there’s a perfect opportunity right there. What are you trying to do and why is it not working? Explore it, accept it and finally embrace it. While you are exploring the flaw you will need to let let go of the physical and other unnecessary expectations that you started with. They will work themselves out in a way that was better than you could have ever imagined.

Sometimes you may fail, but don’t let that moment go to waste. Use it and learn from it because if you are never failing, you are doing something wrong by never growing.
